Our locally owned and managed St Croix vacation rental home, cottages, and apartments are just a brief walk across the way to one of the island’s most beautiful beaches at Cane Bay. It’s a Scuba diver’s paradise with shore diving at the world-famous Cane Bay wall just a short kick out from the beach. The Northshore has a laid-back, bohemian vibe where you’ll find our walk-up Landing Beach Bar and Restaurant right on site along with a PADI 5-star Dive Shop and other restaurants in walking distance. Ready to get out and explore the island? Park your rental car for free and head out on an adventure.

Important Details: A $50/week cleaning fee is applied to all rentals. $150/week cleaning rate applies to the Captain’s Quarters villa. Rates do not include a mandatory 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax; 50% is due at the time of booking; Balance is due at minimum 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded in full; Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are nonrefundable.

The Landing vacation cottages are located on a 90 acre piece of land that was once a sugar cane plantation. This property has a lot of history and is loved by all who visit. You’ll find a hiking trail, our Landing Restaurant and Beach Bar, and a dive shop on premises. Our cottages are fully equipped with necessities to help you relax during your trip to St. Croix.
