Fees: $150/week cleaning rate applies to the Captain’s Quarters. A $50/week cleaning fee is applied to all other rentals.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded in full; Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are nonrefundable.
